Understanding our service is key to a seamless experience. Please review the following details before your pickup.
Loss and Damage Cover
For any item lost, damaged or shrunk while in our care, we pay the garment's value up to ₹500 in cash, or up to ₹1,000 in service credit. Claims must be made on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
48-Hour Guarantee
If your order is returned more than 48 hours after pickup, it's free. This doesn't apply to delays caused on the customer's side, such as our staff being denied entry to the community.
Doorstep Pickup & Delivery
Available only in communities where security rules allow it. If you're not home, we photograph your laundry at your door before collecting it, and photograph the sealed bag when we return it.
